We value a vegan lifestyle to avoid animal suffering and to contribute to a better world for future generations.

We make sure to use organic, seasonal and local products during productions.

Second hand products are cool! We always aim for zero waste during productions.

We do our very best to work as resource-efficient as possible.

It is important to us, to treat everybody in our team in a good way. Nobody should burn out for the job. This includes clear rules regarding the work hours, appropriate break times and fair compensation.

Each person – regardless of gender, sexual orientation, age, origin, disabilities and diseases – will be treated equally and we enjoy working in a considerate and friendly way with everybody.

Our office gets supplied with green energy only. Furthermore we work paper-free. Our quotes and invoices are dispatched and saved digitally. If we have to print, we use eco-friendly paper.

Durability and high quality of our equipment is very important to us. Furthermore we maintain solid partnerships with rental services which provides us with equipment we only need from time to time. . This guarantees a sustainable utilisation of the tools for our productions.

To get to local appointments, we use Bikes, public transportation or car sharing provider.

For large scale productions which require lots of equipment and transportation to other cities or countries, we always put together car sharing or carpooling systems.

Despite our efforts, it is not yet possible to work sustainably in the context of video productions. Unfortunately, the equipment consists mostly of non-ecologically degradable materials and when shooting abroad it is also not always avoidable to refrain from flying.

At the very least, we want to try to make up for this by donating 1% of the profits to associations, initiatives or organisations that work for sustainability, environmental protection, LGBTQ rights or against racism and animal suffering after each completed project.
